If you're short on cash and decorating time, wall stickers can provide an instant update on a tired space. I've recently been enjoying the cheekiness of word-oriented wall stickers, such as this Hello Sticker ($6) from TastySuite. Its unexpected placement on the bottom corner of a door is a simple and unexpected delight.

I love how those look in the photos, but I don't think they'd look right anywhere in my home. Just like some outfits only look good on models, these look like they'd only look good in model homes.

3I do like some of the vinyl wall stickers, but I think you have to be careful to use them in the right kind of house in the right style. I bought a vinyl cutter a few months ago and have yet to be brave enough to put anything on my walls. I have done some seasonal vinyl in the windows and I am sporting a big Steelers logo for the super bowl.
4check out this wall decals website: www.sweetumssignatures.com. She has great prices and we just used dots from a design that I did and put them up in my sister's nursery. It looks so great! These stickers look awesome on the walls and were super easy to put up. She doesn't have a large selection of different designs but is willing to create anything that you send and is going to be adding more to her stock library soon!
