Home Away From Home: Gwyneth Paltrow's Fave LA Hotels
The Beverly Hills Hotel
Referred to locally as "The Pink Palace,"
The Beverly Hills Hotel comes in next on her list for its timeless style and ranking as "one of the real old-time LA classics." I'm keen on its extensive 12 acres of lush, tropical gardens and exotic flowers, which were designed by landscape architect Wilbur David Cook, and I love its subdued palette of greens, pinks, apricots, and yellows and Hollywood Regency style. But most importantly, it sticks out in my mind as the preferred camp-out location of Troop Beverly Hills.
