Each year (even each season), trends come and go. Some stick, often surprisingly. Some fade quickly. And some make a comeback years later (hello leggings!). When it comes to interiors (and fashion, I suppose), it's best to get your trend fill with low-ticket accessories, which can be swapped out when something "hipper" comes along. To see how all these trends, whether long lasting or brief, have stacked up this year, I've compiled a poll of the interior design trends this year. Let me know which is your fave.

i love letters!
1I chose birch, but I like all of them. I have really eclectic tastes when it comes to home decor.
2Birch. I grew up in the mountains, so it feels like home to me.
3Birch for me too! I've loved it forever! Glad it is infiltrating home decor...
4I love them all but I chose typography since I love words. They're so beautiful and powerful.
LilKim I'm like you - ecclectic in my home decorating tastes - well in other things too so I guess I'm just ecclectic in general lol
5That's tough. I voted for topography, but I also really like yarn and birch.
6As a knitter, I'd have to say yarn. I saw a knit armchair cover on a blog earlier today - it was gorgeous!
7Did anyone watch the Knock Knock It's Nate episode on Oprah today? Inspiring!
8I am totally eclectic. I just mixed some birch candles onto shabby chic candlesticks and accented with a pinecone swag on my mantel for the holidays and it looks awesome!!
9I love birch, but also like typography. Like others, I'm pretty eclectic in my design tastes, I try to incorporate a lot of different styles and elements.
