Audrina Patridge has opted for greener pastures than the backyard guest house of Lauren Conrad's house in the Hollywood Flats [1], and purchased her own three-bedroom, 2.5-bath digs in the Hollywood Hills for $1.29 million. We all knew that she'd moved out of Conrad's digs [2], but finally I've got the deets. The listing for the property reads:
