Audrina Patridge has opted for greener pastures than the backyard guest house of Lauren Conrad's house in the Hollywood Flats, and purchased her own three-bedroom, 2.5-bath digs in the Hollywood Hills for $1.29 million. We all knew that she'd moved out of Conrad's digs, but finally I've got the deets. The listing for the property reads:
This new construction Spanish Villa has a spectacular view over looking the city! It has three bedrooms & two and a half baths, & a huge gourmet chef's kitchen. The kitchen features a separate convection oven, 6 burner gas stove, built-in microwave, wine refrigerator and side by side refrigerator, & a center island. The entertainer's patio is like a resort w/ built in BBQ, refrigerator.

2Seriously! How can she afford that, her job is being really lame on a lame tv station- This show cannot go on forever, what will she do with this new place in 5yrs when all The Hills stars are 28yrs old and new 22yr olds have taken their place in the limelight? I'm so excited for the day that all the lame Hills stars foreclose on their undeserved and unreasonable houses (and lifestyles in general)!
3The funny thing is she paid for this house with her earnings from The Hills and not that fake job she does on The Hills. So they need fake jobs now to look real for their reality show, which is their real job? LOL! We need to stop watching the shows or else the cycle will only perpetuate. I stopped watching last season...

6Good for her. Get your money where you can. I will not hate. There are people who watch the Hills, the show is in what season or rotation? They are getting paid to go to events and have their picture taken, I just hope she is just not spending and stacking as well.
7The house itself kinda sucks though. Too much tile. No windows (other than the little one) in the kitchen. Tacky bathroom. It's a spec house. At least Lauren's is older and pretty and doesn't look cookie cutter.
8cmd0610, I totally and completely agree with you. Those precise words flowed through my mind when I saw that. I bet she paid it in full, but how will she maintain it when the royalty checks run out? At least LC is from a wealthy family and they can afford to help her. But what does Audrina have? I hope, for her sake, that her acting career takes off.

11well i guess she's really making the bucks with her role on the hills and the other movies and shows that she's been in. it's a far cry from being a receptionist at the photo studio or working as an artist rep at the record label. i wish that i could afford something like that!

16i think Audrina deserves this house it represents her personality and her lifestyle. i really love that house and i hope someone that affordate would buy that house after she leaves
