Aphrodite had the mythological ability make any man fall in love with her, but I think she works her ways with the ladies, too. The Modern Dose Aphrodite Shelf ($145) certainly has my heart all aflutter, giving the neoclassical a modern edge with acrylic in the shape of an ancient Grecian bust. And you know me, I always need another place to store all of my shelter magazines! The shelf is available in slick black or white, and as a left and right facing pair, or individually. I'm thinking of getting this goddess look with one on either side of a painting or mirror in my home.

1Beautiful, it's so elegant and tasteful, it would really glam up any room. I'm not too crazy about the price though. But a sequence of Aphrodites in black and white in ca colored wall would look amazing or on either side of a mirror like casa said, would look even better
