I love all things Martha. I love her magazine, her old magazine (RIP, Blueprint), her mind-boggling multitasking abilities, her droll conversational style, and, yes, those who model themselves as the antithesis of Martha (such as Not Martha). So, imagine my delight when I found out that there was going to be a new Martha Stewart show on the telly. However, this is Martha with a twist. Premiering next Tuesday on the Fine Living Network, Whatever, Martha features Stewart's daughter, Alexis, and friend Jennifer Koppelman Hutt poking gentle fun at the domestic diva.

To find out about this new show, and to see a video clip, read more.
Framed as something of a roast, cohosts Alexis Stewart and Jennifer Koppelman Hutt share their own ideas about Martha through television clips, commentary, and surprise guests. It premieres Tuesday, Sept. 16 at 9 p.m. on the Fine Living Network. Do you love Martha too much to stand watching the ribbing, or is this your idea of fun?

ummm im no fan of martha... and im not really sure what this show is about? and her daughter seems kinda mean about her mom... forgetting her bday? ummm not likely gonna tune into this one.
1ditto. I actually really like the Martha Stewart show... her daughter seems bitter... might need to watch to find out more.
2Her daughter is a very interesting person like Martha. She's a crazy baker and resembles her mom in a lot of ways. Personally, I am excited about the show, no matter how bitter Alexis may be. Let her get it out while we all laugh.
3Alexis does have a very biting wit. When I watched a few minutes of one episode, it wasn't very good. There were a couple of funny lines, in between those was not good.
4I detest Martha Stewart and her show and her apparent attitude but I have to admit that I admire how she's been able to brand her "sense of style" and build an empire, so powerful that she can tell K-Mart how it's going down and what it's going to be like, etc., etc.
That being said, I don't feel the need to feed the monster that is Martha, Inc. I'll just avoid the snark-fest.
5(I love NotMartha!!)
6I absolutely love Martha Stewart. I did see a preview for this show on FLN (probably my fave channel, next to The Travel Channel) and I'll check out an episode, it looks like it might be amusing.
7I think it's supposed to be rather tongue-in-cheek. She does sound a bit bitter, but I kinda like her snarky edge.
8She kinda sounds like a whiney brat. I won't be watching.
