This 1950s Time Capsule Kitchen Will Give You Serious Nostalgia
If you think some of your kitchen appliances are outdated, wait until you see this 1950s kitchen that has remained completely untouched to this day. Furniture designer Nathan Chandler purchased a mid-1950s to early 1960s home complete with a retro gem: a fully furnished General Electric kitchen, pink countertops and all. Chandler purchased the home in 2010 from the original homeowner who, evidently, did not feel inclined to make any renovations to this unique kitchen — and we're glad! Take a look through all the nostalgia-inducing photographs of this time capsule to see what a common American kitchen used to look like.
