Sometimes I think there's not enough "dropping a line" in the world. Good old-fashioned notes, updating your friends on what's new in your life, and asking about theirs. Yeah, there's prolific Facebook wall and Myspace commenting, but a part of me feels that that's all for show. How about a bit of private conversation every once in a while . . . the kind you can't delete from your inbox? I hope the Invita Paper Studio Hello Everyday Stationery ($10 for 6) will inspire a little more of that. How can you argue with a hand-written "Hello" and a trendy pale yellow and gray palette?

oh, I love this! I love collecting pretty and fun note and correspondence cards to send a quick "hi" and pics of the kids that are more permanent than email.

3I love sending letters and notes to people....BUT I hate hand-writing them so I type everything! I know that's terrible!
4I love this idea. I have a friend I e-mail and I never hear from her.I sent her a wedding present and she sent me a lovely thank you note. That I will keep and look back and say she appreciated my gift.
5Everything on the website is beautiful... No one expects to get a hand written note or card anymore. It makes it that much more special when it's as pretty as these are...

7Let's start a "snail mail" revival!!! So little time required and costs so little for a stamp and it brings smiles to the receiver! Plus it does not use your phone minutes!
Just remember, pretty stationery is great but if you don't have any, go ahead and use plain
paper or even notepad...just get those notes and letters sent.
Who knows, they just
might write back. Don't you just love to receive something fun in the mail thats just for you and isn't asking you for money?!

9thanks Casa for the tip. I love all of this stuff. I go crazy for cute notes but I have to take inventory of what I have now- there's no where to put mew stuff-lol!
