The listing for the property reads:

Sutherland purchased the building in 2002 for $700,000, and converted its downstairs into a recording studio for his record label, Ironworks, and the upstairs into his own living quarters. It's a pretty cool space, and I love how its wild exterior mural keeps it understated from the street.
