I've written about many common types of storage and even some that have stumped you. But, never a spoon cabinet. Only the Aussies (OK, and maybe the Brits) would designate an entire cabinet on the wall just for their spoons. I'll overlook this absurdity given my interest in the Tim Neve High Tea Spoon Cabinet ($45). The silverware storage unit received a modern update with a bold graphic illustration print used as a backing and a finish of glossy black paint, making it scrumptiously delightful. So, for those of you who have a vintage spoon collection, you can rest assured that you won't look one bit Granny for it — (even though you kind of are).

I...I just don't understand the concept of holding spoons in a cabinet out on display. Guess it certainly is a cultural thing, and perhaps a generational one too.
1Personally I think this is amazing! i collect spoons from every state i visit, and the occasional stae friends and family visit, and I've been wanting a spoon cabinet for some time to display my souvenir spoons. Growing up overseas as a young child, I remember seeing these cabinets and I think they are fabuolous! I am going to try and buy it! Thanks!
2Great, emsmiley! I'm so glad it may find a home in your home!
3I found a few other items that I was interested in on his site but rats, will not ship to the US:(
