Global warming is certainly nothing to be happy about, but I am feeling globe shapes lately. I guess I've moved beyond those
trendy circles into a new dimension: the third dimension. Looking at all of these fabulous spherical products, I've begun to wonder why everything isn't globe shaped. Think about how many delightful things take on the form: jawbreakers, snowglobes, citrus, fish-eye lenses, the Superdome,
M.C. Escher's masterpiece, and balls of all sorts. Maybe Shakespeare was
on to something.
