Heigl purchased the home in April 2006 for $1.5 million, before she really became the talk of the town, and before she and Josh checked into their new home [2]. The listing for the property reads:

The house is obviously staged, so the photos don't say much about her decorating style, but something tells me [3] she has good taste.
