Heigl purchased the home in April 2006 for $1.5 million, before she really became the talk of the town, and before she and Josh checked into their new home. The listing for the property reads:

The house is obviously staged, so the photos don't say much about her decorating style, but something tells me she has good taste.

1No, this is the home she had before. I guess she still owned it before she moved into the other one.
2Nice house, gorgeous floor plan and view. However the staging looks cheap and old peopleish, the wood floors ugly. Saw a pic. from a while back when she lived there, it was professionally decorated with vibrant colors. She should have kept that.
