One way to cultivate Summer Style in your home is by decorating with finds from your Summer excursions. It could be a smooth, round stone from a beach day trip, or some dahlias from your garden. However you choose to decorate, keep it simple. After all, it's Summer, and we want to keep the living easy!

I love the stone on top of the cloth napkins..
2Both of these photographs are stunning. I adore the colours both in the bright dahlias and also the simplicity and the natural tones in the napkins and the rock. Just lovely!
3i usually switch the brown sofa cover for the cream one i have, when it gets to be warmer out - but not this year, as i need to get it cleaned first. i also added a pretty double stemmed orchid plant that i got for my birthday, to our place and some summery linens, too.
4We're still working on decluttering our house but one of my major projects is to put all of our accessories in boxes and only keep a few out each season. Obviously the Christmas/ Winter season is easy but it's hard to decide what is summer. I'm working on it though and it's actually kinda fun.
