The fridge was primed, repainted, drained of freon (with the freon safely disposed of), and then used for storage. Since the seals were in great shape, Haze can leave the serving dishes inside without fear of any dust or dirt getting inside.

2Thanks so much ladies. It helps having a quirky sense of humor I guess. I really needed a place to store the goods for the out of doors. I'm so out of storage space inside - you have no idea. I got so lucky with this find too! The seals and interior are in perfect condition and complete. That's very rare.
