. . . would you put this Thomas Moser Astral Bench ($12,000) in your living room? Inspired by the tailored design and perfect proportions characteristic of Danish furniture design, the bench is constructed of cherry "matchsticks" which make up the curved bench seat.

I'd use it outside under a tree. It would be perfect to watch the day go by.
I think this is gorgeous although it's probably not ideal for long periods of sitting, but it is beautiful.
not in the living room, I think. Maybe in an office, or outside?
I'd love it on my deck, not in my living room though.
Kimpossible said exactly what I was going to! It just looks too uncomfortable for everyday use, but I wouldn't feel right about covering it with cushions.
It's a great design. I love the ideas about using it outdoors!
It's a great design. I love the ideas about using it outdoors!
it's nice. i think it would look better outside though.
it really doesn't match any of my indoor furniture...
I like this, but wouldn't have one at home. One of these sits in an atrium at my secondary school. The whole library and most of the other common areas in that wing (it was called Phase III) were furnished with Thomas Moser also.
its a much better fit out... patios are great party location, but often they lack stylish seating.. this is the solution
This would be good on the deck or lawn but not in the living room, it's not comfy enough for that.
If money and comfort weren't an issue, maybe.
Its a nicebench but I would probably use it outside, not in my living room. In the LR I prefer cushion and pillows.
Absolutely...if money AND space weren't an issue!
While I totally appreciate the art and engineering of this piece I just can't see it in my house. Outside - maybe.
It looks really nice but I don't it's very comfortable. My parents had similar furniture in a living room when I was younger, it was from some Danish company too. We never really used it.
I'd put it somewhere else...I want something more comfy in my living room.
I'd put it outside. For indoors I'd much rather a modern bench.
Maybe not in the living room...
It would look PERFECT in our sunroom though
Not in my home...
Not in my living room but if I had a huge deck I would get it.
I wonder how comfortable it is?
I love the shape, but I couldn't have a bench in my living room. If it had cushions, then maybe!
