Now, this is a definite beach house find. What Pottery Barn's Nautical Cabinet ($899) lacks in subtlety, it makes up for in enthusiasm. Handcrafted from hardwood, the cabinet features a curved shape that sits on slender legs. The entire cabinet is handpainted with seahorses, ship’s wheels, and seashells. What do you think? Do you love it? Or is it too beach house kitschy for you? Personally, I'm loving that shade of blue . . .

i love the color not a fan of the sea horses and seashells though
the color is nice but i'm not a big fan of overtly themed furniture.
It's a great piece if placed in the right space.
Ew, ew, ewwwwww!!!!
Awful. Decorno did a piece on this same hideous chest a couple of weeks ago http://decorno.blogspot.com/
I love the color as well. I think it would look really cute with a seahorse on one side and a shell on the other side and nothing on the front. That would be so cute in the entry way of a beach house to hold all your beach supplies.
I don't even think I would put this in a beach house...I think it's ugly. I love seahorses, but NOT on this chest.
Maybe for a kids room...
That makes my eyes hurt.
I don't even like blue but I think this is sweet. I'd definitely get it if I lived by the beach.
I agree with the others who said that the blue is very pretty but the stencils or whatever of the sealife are just icky..
My first reaction was BLEH! But I do actually like the blue color.
I'm sorry but I really, really hate this. And I'm not a snob about Pottery Barn at all, in fact I have a ton of their stuff! But this is just too, too tacky. I don't even like the color. Maybe if it were a 'true' cobalt. The only thing going for it is the shape. Other than that, BLEH!
I actually like it.
I love it!
