You may not be a DIY bride but you probably enjoy being involved in most of the details of your wedding day. There are some engaged gals, though, that leave it all (invites, floral arrangements, color scheme, tablecloths, etc.) up to a wedding planner (or their moms). Take this poll and let me know where you fall in the bunch.

I'll be doing it myself, with maybe some help from my mom. (most of it myself though)
1I did it all by myself, mom and sister didn't help. I hired a wedding planner but she was not very professional. I wanted more ideas and help with vendors, but the only thing she was good for was making sure the actual day of the wedding went smoothly.
2I did my own designing.
3My best friend did everything. From the flowers, favors to the tablecloth.
4I guess I should clarify that I had no input or suggestions from anyone. I collected a monster notebook of pictures and ideas, but I hired vendors (florist, baker).
5id have my own ideas for sure but help would be needed
6I DIY'd tons of stuff for my wedding this past March. I got lots of compliments on the things I did myself. It added a really nice personally touch and saved tons of money.
7i'm planning now. my fiance and i like to design and have similar ideas so it has been a great experience to do a lot of the decorations and ideas ourselves. what we cannot do, we get a little help from the moms and we are debating on hiring out the flowers and hiring a coordinator for the day of, but not necessarily for before our wedding.
8I did everything. With help from my Mom. My wedding was the best.
9My mom and I planned and decided on everything together...I didn't have a wedding planner. I knew exactly what I wanted. My wedding was in a garden on Cape Cod, so we used the setting to inspire us.
10I did it all my self with lots of help from my now husband. It was perfect because it was all our taste- not just mine. It saved us money and we had fun doing creative things together for our day- we made save the dates, seating charts, programs, you name is and it was nicer than most of my friends weddings who used pricey planners
The only down side it how time consuming it is.
11I plan on DIY with help from SO, both moms, and both sisters (along with friends)
