Jenny Hart's Sublime Stitching has a "tattoo your towels" kit that looks fairly similar. You could make it yourself if you're not craft impaired like I am.
Tattoos are intended to be special and personal. That said, I am so over tattoos a la Ed Hardy and tea towels like this. It's just been so overdone, give it a rest.
I love the idea - but wish the person had added "shading" into the heart and around the edges of the banners to give it more prominence on the towel (and more color).
