This bed looks lovely in the ideal setting, i.e., old rustic French/Italian home/victorian home with plaster walls and high ceilings. However, the velvet is a magnet for cat hair, I could
keep the dogs off, but cats do what they want! This piece would look pretty in my house, overall, I prefer wood bedframes! I love the dainty floral quilt.
I love it but agree with maisiegirl...love it in a different setting! It does not match the decor in my house, maybe i would use it in the guest bedroom or, only if i owned a vacation home
somewhere in Europe! hehe
I love this. No way in hell my husband would let me have it, and with a white cat I think this would be a nightmare to keep clean, but I really love the look of it.
The way they have it made is too girly for me. I'd go with a black or purple bedspread I think.
I like this. It wouldn't be my main bed in the master bedroom but I'd certainly use it in a guest room. I guess the bed frame would have to be much larger if it were going to be a main bed.
I love velvety textures, jewel tones and cushioned furniture. The only thing I'd change is the bed sheets as I am not too fond of the patterns on display.
I'd add something silk or with animal print patterns for a bold exotic twist that encapsulates a unique brand of sophistication.

mmmm yes!
1Soooo beautiful and luxerious!
Sleep is my luxury and I would definitely splurge on this.
2I love it, but it isn't worth the money. I would try to figure out how to make a cheaper solution inspired by this.
3It's lovely, but how the @#$%&*? would you ever keep it clean? No thanks. My life's dirty enough.
4Besides the issue of keeping it's just not my style. A little [okay - a lot] of foo-foo for me.

10No, I wouldn't. Interesting color.
