I love the idea of creating a small room in the great outdoors.

I can just imagine how magical this stand of trees is going to feel when the sun goes down over the savanna. Can't you?

Love this! A few issues back, Domino did a spread on a photographer who had this marvelous and tasteful tent that she pitched whilst visiting various tribes in Africa in order to document and preserve their cultures. I also knew a girl in Venice, CA who created a magical outdoor space using a huge Moroccan tent with rugs and poofs and pillows. Big sigh. I don't have an outdoor space.
1Jelaous!
2Wish I was there...
This just screams Out of Africa, doesn't it?
3loves it
4Lovely space. So now you have me feeling the push to get my patio done. This is really getting to be a long process but we'll get there. The good news is that most of my hubby's stuff has been removed. Now we have some sprucing to do. Then it'll be Casa-ready for sure.
5most of that stuff probably could not stay outside all the time, at least not where i live. The lovely rug would get ruined and moldy with damp, same with the cushions. To me it looks like a pain to move back inside every day. but it does look beautiful.
6looks like a fun impromptu outdoor eating space.
7lovely
8Pretty! Perfect for a romantic sunset dinner.
