I got to sleep in - yayy!! Hubby is out getting donuts (I'm being bad today lol), and we were supposed to go hiking but oldest daughter wasn't feeling well last night so we'll see how she's feeling this morning.

I played the organ at church this morning. And I am going to lunch with one of my sons, his wife, and two of my grandchildren. We are going to Toucan Cafe, a Carribean fusion restaurant, and I am looking forward to it.

I just had a big b'fast with my family and now we're spending the day together.

I'm at work - 7am - 7pm ... no celebration for me - no time after work to visit my mom, either. Happy Mother's Day to all of you guys, though!

I went out to a late lunch with my grandparents, Mom, Aunt, my cousin and her kid and my other cousin's little boy. My other cousin is in labor with her 4th baby.

I'll call my mom today and we're having lunch tomorrow.

My father, sister, and I have a tradition of making my mom a special lunch for Mother's Day. We made vegetable lasagna and served it with a fresh green bean salad, Italian bread, and her favorite (and mine) Riesling wine. It was nice

My parents and I went to Audubon Canyon Ranch, a gorgeous nature reserve in Marin County, for their Annual Mother's Day BBQ, then we had dinner at a restaurant at the Ocean. Luckily it was a GORGEOUS day here!

My mom is about 5000 miles away from me also, heineken. I'm in South America right now. I spent the day with my husband and the in-laws, and I made red wine risotto for my mom-in-law, which turned out AMAZING. It was nice.
