According to E!, Britney Spears spent 45 minutes on Wednesday looking at a house in Encino, CA, which is listed at $5.96 million. The listing for the 5-bedroom, 6.5-bath property reads:
A gracious European-inspired Manor located in the exclusive Clark Gable Estates, this home is extremely secluded yet convenient and accessible to Encino and Beverly Hills. Nearly an acre of private grounds and rolling lawns capture the feeling of an old Italian Villa complete with expansive entrance courtyard. 6it's a really pretty house at least - but i'm not sure if she really needs to be buying one right now. i can't remember if she owns her current house or if she's still renting. anyway, we'll just have to be patient and see what happens. i don't know if she would have a lot of success selling her current house if she owns - with this real estate market, buti guess you never know. someone might really want britney's old house.

9I ACTUALLY SAW THIS HOUSE ON TV. THERES THIS SHOW CALLED LUXURY HOMES THAT DEDICATES A WHOLE HALF HOUR ON ONE HOUSE. THEY SPEAK TO THE ARCHITECT ABOUT HIS INSPIRATION, PROCESS, AND BLAH BLAH. I WAS BORED THAT DAY AND ACTUALLY WATCHED PART OF IT. OK MOST OF IT. I DIDNT REALLY LIKE THE KITCHEN AND I DIDNT LIKE ALL THOSE STEPS IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE. I GUESS THOSE STEPS WOULD BE MY WORKOUT FOR THE DAY.
