4EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MODERNDOSE.COM !!! Items are not described as shown and impossible to return items. Also it takes weeks for moderndose to get your order and don't tell you on the site it's back ordered.
5Moderndose NEVER answers the phone or return emails. BUY SAME ITEMS FROM OTHER RETAILERS: You can Google for the same items. they sell. They are cheaper, you will get it faster and you don't run the risk of Moderndose extremely POOR customer service!!!!!!
Do not buy anything from Modern Dose. I agree with Designer8888 I have experienced nothing but a complete lack of customer service from Modern Dose. Goods are not delivered, I have been waiting for months and months actually 10 months for something I ordered I know I have been ripped off for a great deal of money ... and I write and write to their email address to no avail ... we call but nobody ever answers ... just horrible !!!!!!!!!
6DO NOT BUY FROM MODERN DOSE.COMModern dose charged my credit card in July for an item that was on backorder. One month later I am still waiting for the item. Modern dose has not returned any of my phone calls or emails. I purchased the item after seeing it featured in Metropolitan Home magazine. I contacted the magazine to let them know that they should not endorse companies that do not conduct business honorably.
