i don't know..... kinda cheese. i do like monogrammed.
1I think it's cute, since we can't do monogrammed as I'm not changing my name and we'll have different initials. But we're going to be Dr. and Dr. and while I would still use it, I know he would make a fuss that he didn't pay $200K for med school to be called Mr.!
2It's cute. But at that price, I wouldn't consider it for a gift. I could buy something much cooler for the same amount of money.
3I'm sorry, it is a bit tacky to me.
4I would get different towels for me and my husband, in different colors, but definitely not "Mr. and Mrs."

13Tacky and expensive. I'd rather buy them a whole bathroom full of regular towels than two they can't even use if they get divorced.
