According to Big Time, Andy Roddick has purchased a pied-a-terre in a former brewery in Manhattan’s Gramercy Park neighborhood for $1.19 million. The condo loft, according to the listing, boasts, "extra high ceilings, exposed wood beams, exposed brick, wood-burning fireplace, southern exposures [ . . . ] multifloor laundry, storage, and bike room." Considering the recent news that Roddick is engaged to swimsuit model Brooklyn Decker, I speculate that the tennis stud won't be lonely in the one-bedroom, one-bath digs. The newly engaged couple will likely also spend time in Austin, TX, and Boca Raton, FL, where Roddick also owns property. Check out his new pad below.

his new digs sound amazing!
1Wow. Over a million for THAT? I wouldn't pay $20k for that. I guess Gramercy Park is a nice place to live, but I'd rather live in a nice condo or penthouse and pay a driver.
2Yeah, I looked at the pictures and the windows in the bedroom seem so small!
3Wow. $1.2 mil for what looks to be about 1000 sq. ft.? That's just craaaaaazy, man. And that kitchen? Uh, no.
4oh i love him! so cute!

6God he is hot
7It's not a bad place. I like the brick walls, but the kitchen? Yuck.
