According to Real Estalker, several sources are whispering that Jessica Simpson may have purchased a 10,925-square-foot, 7-bedroom, 8-bath home in Nashville, TN, known as "The Queen of Northumberland" for $3.47 million. The manse in question is in a gated community and is listed as having "magnificent stone work on cornices, window trim and entry door, a tennis court, a swimming pool, a home theater, and fabulous landscaping." 
While these reports have not been verified, the house was indeed purchased through a trust represented by money-manager Mary Ann McCready, who has executed the real estate goings-on of several other music-biz celebs in Nashville in the past. Considering that Simpson is known to be hard at work on her country album, if accurate, these reports wouldn't surprise me, seeing as Nashville is the capital of country music. But, no worries, Simpson won't be alone out there in Dixie; she'll join the likes of plenty of other celebs who call Nashville home, such as Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban.

Ugh...I love to visit Tennessee and the thought of Jessica Simpson being there makes me sick.
1She was pulled over just a couple blocks from my apartment, making an illegal turn. Turns out, she also didn't have a valid license, so she had her assistant drive. I read it in our entertainment newspaper's "You were spotted..." section.

15It's a really gorgeous place and it looks like her style. Seems rather close to the road, though, and I would think that would be a security concern. Especially loved the bathroom/dressing area!!! A woman's dream!! I hope that bedroom shot wasn't of the master bedroom cos it looked too narrow. Anyway, I hope she has many happy years there!

I'm a native of Tennessee I live in the same small town I was born in 50 miles east of Nashville. I love Jessica so I don't have a problem with her wanting to live here it's much more normal than LA.
19Not a fan of hers but this is a nice crib that she will be blessed with. Tennis court and pool, very chic. I like the homes that are softer and county and seem warm.
