According to Page Six, ambitious blond Jessica Simpson has closed on one of the stunning new one-bedroom suites at the Palms Place in Las Vegas. Jessica's condo, which ran her at least $600,000 (with other units going for up to or over $1 million), features marble and hardwood floors, twin 42-inch plasma TVs, a state-of-the-art kitchen, and multiple balconies.

Palms Las Vegas Casino Resort owner George Maloof has added Palms Place as the third tower of his complex, which includes the original Palms Tower and the newer Fantasy Tower. Apparently, Eminem, KISS member Paul Stanley and Hulk Hogan will join Jessica Simpson as other celebrity buyers at Palms Place.
