I have to admit, I am loving the color palette of Mia's (Lucy Liu) Manhattan apartment on Cashmere Mafia (yes, I am lame). It sneakingly recalls the home of a character on yet another television show about a foursome of power women in NYC — yes, Carrie Bradshaw's creative crib. It has the same soft hues, the near-gray lavender iridescence, and a familiar celery tone in the foyer. It's nice to see the calm color palette working in both Mia's "decorated" formal grounds and Carrie's casual digs. While Patricia Fields, famed SATC costume designer, does style Cashmere Mafia as well, it was production designer Jeremy Conway who was responsible for Carrie's palette. Cashmere Mafia production designer Stephen Hendrickson and Conway must be kindred spirits then, huh?

2I love it!!!
3Not bad...
4Not for me. I like richer colors.
5My living room, bedroom and kitchen are these colors! My kitchen cabinets are the same as the green. My living room is more gray, but my bedroom is puddle......looks JUST like this color here. And depending on the accents you use in the room it changes the color of the walls.
6I love it too! It's fab.
7It's a little pale for me...
8not too bad but I'm more of a splash of color girl
9The coffee table looks like it's from BoConcept btw. I almost bought it a few months ago even though it was the complete opposite of the style I was going for for my living room;
I think it's so practical and stylish at the same time, very Bauhaus in a "form follows function" kind of way --for my needs anyway!
Here's the link if anyone's interested:
