The chandelier is the classic Sputnik chandelier. You can find one that's an exact match to Katherine's [3] at 1st Dibs, though the dealer isn't revealing the price, so be prepared to pay a pretty penny for it. Evo Furniture also has a similar version [4] for $350. I've been a longtime fan [5] of the Hive Pistilla Chandelier [6] ($799), which has a few more appendages than Katherine's chandelier, but is lovely nonetheless.
