Flavor Paper is a New Orleans company that dreams up and produces wild wallcoverings for homes and retail stores. Its wallcoverings have been featured everywhere from Elle to Dwell to InStyle, and their bold, graphic patterns have been implemented in nightclubs, rock stars' homes, and restaurants all over the world.
Located on Chartres Street in the Bywater District of New Orleans, Flavor Paper makes handscreened wallpaper in unique vintage, contemporary, and custom patterns. Flavor Paper is sold in untrimmed 27-inch-wide by 15-foot-long single rolls, which retail between $150-$350 per roll. If you can't get to New Orleans, you can also check out Flavor Paper's showrooms in Los Angeles, New York City, Miami, Athens, Ga., Cleveland, OH, and Portland, Ore. And of course, you can always order wallpaper or request samples via their site. My personal favorite is the Flower Pedal paper (seen in the last slide). Which one is your favorite?

Ok, that dog is so cute I almost didn't notice he was standing in front of an acid trip gone wrong! Man, that is more pattern and color than I can handle on a wall.
I liked #7, 9, and 17. The more subtle ones. But even then, not for a whole room.
1All I can see is the dog. Not a good way to show case your product. All I see is how cute the dog is.
2I'm not really a wallpaper fan, so these are all a little too much for me.
3These are so fun! I love the very first pic, but the cool brown basketweave with light blue flowers could go on my wall right now!
4i have some samples of these that i've framed and hung up. they don't look like these samples though
5Some are very pretty and others are errm.... well they all look very vintage and handmade! cool

that first pic is soooo cute!!
7Very different...
8i like it.. you couldn't do a whole room- maybe just a wall
9Rarechic.com carries Flavor Paper and it's 10% less than everywhere else!
10That dog is the cutest thing I've seen all week!! Where did he get that yoda outfit? I must find it for my dog Dobby!
Flavor paper is the best! There's nothing else like it. I've only seen it in person once, at the *Luxe Showhome in Preston Hollow, but that house had Flavor-ed walls in almost ever room. The texture is unbelievable. I particularly love the silver foils. I saw this one bathroom that had gold and pearl foiled flavor paper--absolutely gorgeous!
*Incidentally, the Showhome tour is an amazing, if you get a chance, check it out:
