According to Real Estalker, record producer and techno/trance DJ Paul Oakenfold has put his 4,573-square-foot, four-bedroom, six-bath Oporto Drive Los Angeles home on the market for a whopping $10 million. The property has starry-eyed, sweeping views "directly above the Hollywood Bowl to the LA Basin, ocean and beyond." Oakenfold and his ex-wife purchased the French Provençal manse in April 2003 and added a 1,400-square-foot second-story addition, including a requisite sound studio. The house also features a formal dining room, offices, a gourmet kitchen with a loft, and a huge living room, as well as a "sultry" master bedroom overlooking the city, expansive patios, a grassy lawn, a pool, spa, and bleachers to watch the Hollywood Bowl. While the exterior of the building doesn't exactly strike my fancy, I can't complain about the decorating, and I'm loving its interior ceiling beams, spiral staircase, and breathtaking city views.
