In light of Sunday's Super Bowl results, I'd have to say that Tom Brady is making a habit of losing these days. In addition to his team's Sunday loss, Brady has unloaded his 3,412-square-foot, three bedroom, three-and-a-half bath Boston condo for $5,285,000, according to Real Estalker. Property records show that he paid $4,125,000 for the 10 room condo four years ago, so I guess he's gained a million or so. The property's real estate listing calls the Burrage Mansion the "Back Bay's crowning jewel," so you might say the quarterback king has been dethroned.
The residence features "gorgeous museum quality lobby, elevator access to elegant foyer, [a] fabulous kitchen opening to [a] fireplaced family room, separate dining room, [and a] fireplaced living room," in addition to a "beautiful master bedroom suite with marble bath and custom closets." No pigskin off his back, though: I think his girlfriend Gisele prefers NYC better. To see floor plans of the Victorian manse, read more

I think the decor is so old lady like.
1I hate the decor too, Aimee. Yuck.
2It doesn't really look like a bachlor pad to me. Are these pics of the place since he has lived there?
3Whoa! That is so not how I imagined his taste. He wears relaxed fit Gap jeans for gawd sake!
4vinnie - my thoughts exactly.
5I'm not into the Victorian decor at all.
6haha his back bay 'mansion' is right around the corner from where I work... maybe I should look into scooping that up before it's gone...
7oh i wish...
OMG
gorgeous place!
8For some reason there are no pictures showing up for me
9The Back Bay is nice. It's a little a old world and old money. But I still admire the neighborhood. I guess if you're not from Boston or like history (think Victorian brownstones and townhouses) you won't really get it, or be familiar with the area... I will say I don't know about his particular place but there are some awesome brownstones and great architecture in the area (if you like old school, for more modern or diff looks you have to go a different neighborhood) but it's pretty sophisticated and old school neighborhood. As for this I prefer the bottom two pics to the top ones.
10I just love it , it is so beautiful , I real do love it , oh it looks like the wonderful old buildings in Cairo
11how do you get all that for 5 million? man. you'd get a much much smaller place here in vancouver.
12Father made a cunning real estate decision, with the added benefit of further confusing The Umlaut, and get her off his trail. His renevoations were inspired by the way I arranged mother's womb. Totally pimped out.
